This ThinkPad computer carrying case is manufactured by EZM, Inc. using the ThinkPad name and logo under license from Lenovo Group Ltd. EZM warrants this computer carrying case to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If your carrying case shows indication of defect in materials or workmanship, EZM will repair or replace your case. This warranty does not cover damage from everyday wear and tear or from transportation by a common carrier. Lenovo Group Ltd. does not provide any warranty for this product.

ThinkPad computer carrying cases are designed to offer notebook computers reasonable protection against damage from the bumps and drops experienced in everyday business use by prudent owners exercising reasonable caution. Nevertheless, it is still possible that under these conditions damage may occur to a notebook computer or to its contents. ThinkPad carrying cases cannot protect a notebook computer from damage from exceptional circumstances or events. Under no conditions are Lenovo Group Ltd., or EZM, Inc. liable for any of the following: loss or damage to any contents of a carrying case, including a computer, loss of, or damage to, programs, records, or data, and consequential or incidental damages, even if Lenovo Group Ltd., or EZM, Inc. are informed of their possibility.
