EZM is truly committed to your satisfaction with our products and services. If at any time you are not completely satisfied, please contact our Customer Care Department at 800-306-1722.  Print out a Registration/Warranty Card (click to open in your browser or right-click to save to your computer) and fax it to us at 203-899-9419 or mail it to EZM, 66 Fort Point Street, Norwalk, CT 06855.

WARRANTY ON CASES

Lifetime Limited Warranty on all cases.
MVision Cases: EZM Incorporated warrants to the original purchaser that its cases are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If, after inspection, we find that the product was defective in materials or workmanship, we shall repair or replace it. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.

To make a warranty claim or request a replacement or missing part, call EZM's Customer Service at 1-800-306-1722 or send an e-mail to customerservice@ezm.com .  If you purchased an item directly from EZM.com within the past 30 days, take advantage of our 30_Day Return Policy.

If you need to have warranty work on your case, or if you simply need a new strap, handle or component, please call the Customer Service department at EZM (1-800-306-1722) or send an e-mail to customerservice@ezm.com

WARRANTY ON ACCESSORIES

MRoller Warranty: One-Year Limited Warranty. EZM Incorporated warrants the MRoller to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If during this period, the product is found to be defective, EZM will repair or replace the MRoller. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or incidental or consequential damage or loss. The MRoller is not designed to be used as checked baggage and is not warranted against damage received when used as checked baggage.

Other Accessories: The warranty on EZM Accessories varies by the product. Please refer to the warranty information that comes with the product.
