Security of Your Order

The EZM.com shopping cart is secure. Specifically, the screens that ask for your credit card information or that hold any personal account information use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, the Industry standard used on all major shopping sites. When on any web page, look for a security icon in your browser (a small gold lock in Internet Explorer and an unbroken key or padlock in Netscape).  In addition, your order is private. Shipping Policy

On EZM.com, your shipping options are: Ground Shipping, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air.  If your order is received before 3:00 p.m. EST and the item is in stock, it normally ships the same day. The cost of shipping an item varies based on your location and the weight of the item. Enter your zip code in the Shipping Cost Calculator (on the Shopping Cart page) to see the cost associated with each method.

Backorder Items: If you order items that are on backorder and in stock at the same time, we will ship the in-stock items without waiting for the backorder items. We will notify you of the status and projected availability of backorder items and you will be able to decide whether to keep your order in for those items.

P.O. Boxes, APO's, FPO's: We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. To ship to APO's or FPO's, please call us; at (800) 306-1722 or (203) 866-6900.

We are not able to ship to countries outside the United States at this time.

Return Policy

For purchases directly from EZM.com , EZM has a 30-Day Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please c all us at (800) 306-1722 or email customerservice@ezm.com with your name, the Order Number and Date. We will issue a refund and ask you to return your purchase to EZM Inc., 66 Fort Point Street, Norwalk, CT 06855. If you did not purchase from EZM.com, consult the return policy of the store or online retailer where you made the purchase.

If you did not purchase directly from EZM.com,  your case or accessory is covered by the applicable warranty.  Cases designed and manufacturered by EZM come with a Lifetime Limited Warranty. For the MRoller and other accessories, consult the warranty information that came with the product or consult our Warranty Page.
