Q. Do MVision cases meet carry-on requirements?

A. Each airline sets its own size requirements for carry-on luggage.

However, there are some general industry standards that most airlines follow. Currently, most airlines allow you to take on one carry-on and a personal item (such as a handbag or backpack). The dimensions of the carry-on should not exceed: 22" x 14" x 9" or 45" total (height + width + length).  These dimensions include all handles, wheels and other extrusions. All MVision carrying cases meet this standard.

Weight limits for carry-on items fluctuate between carriers but as a general rule should not exceed 40 lbs. Always check with the airline before check-in, since an airline can change its policy at any time.

Q. What is EZM's Return Policy? What if I buy a case and it's the wrong size?

A. We understand the need to touch and feel a product in order to determine whether it's right for you - and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

For purchases directly from EZM.com, EZM has a 30-Day Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call us at (800) 306-1722 or email customerservice@ezm.com with your name, the Order Number and Date. We will issue a refund and ask you to return your purchase to EZM Inc., 66 Fort Point Street, Norwalk, CT 06855.  

If you did not purchase directly from EZM.com, your case is covered, of course, by the Lifetime Limited Warranty. You may also want to check the return policies of the store or catalog you purchased from.

Q. Can I register my EZM product online?

A. At this time, we do not offer online registration. If you do not have your Warranty Card, you can download and print out the Warranty Registration Card (click to open in your browser or right-click to save to your computer) and mail it in, following instructions on the card, or you may fax it to us at 203-899-8419. For more information on the warranty covering your product, refer to the information that came with the product, or check our Warranty page.
