Personal information
Personal information that you submit on our web site is encrypted using SSL before being transmitted over the Internet. This includes your name, credit card number, conference access codes, phone numbers and names of any other conference call participants. The text of your instant chat messages is not encrypted, however, and could potentially be intercepted by a sophisticated attacker.

Passwords
To access certain areas of the website, you will need to submit a password. Passwords are created by submitting registration information including your name, email address and credit card data. Your password is encrypted before being stored in our database using the RSA Data Security, Inc. MD5 Message-Digest Algorithm. This means that we can not tell you what your password is. If you forget your password, you will need to reset it with the same credit card number that you used to open the account.

Other Security Measures
Our web site is protected by state of the art firewall and packet-filtering technology. Databases machines with personal customer information are located behind an additional layer of network security with access restricted to a limited number of authorized EZM personnel.
