Reliable digital telephone technology
EZConference runs on fault-tolerant platforms using all digital telephone lines running in highly protected locations. We have hours of battery backup in case of power failure and a diesel generator in case our power stays off. Our system will use patent-pending techniques to make sure bridge failures will have almost no effect on customer conference calls. Our voice and data connections run over backhoe-proof SONET fiber loops that can be cut at any single point without interruption of service.
