Requirements to use
EZBackup:

PC computers only, compatible with Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, and
XP. Not Mac-compatible.

One account, one computer: You may backup any and all files (but not
networked drives) on one computer.

Audio files: Under "My Whole PC", MP3 and wav files are not
automatically selected. You may manually select them and include them in your
backup.

Connection speed: High-speed Internet access recommended for "My
Whole PC" or "All My Data" plans.

Compatibility with other Online Backup Services: If you have an online
backup service for accounting or financial software, such as Quickbooks,
Quicken, or Peachtree, there may be a compatibility issue with EZBackup. Please
call 1-800-306-1722 to confirm compatibility.
The initial backup may take several hours, depending on the speed of your
Internet connection and the number of files. Subsequent backups are faster as
only incremental changes are made. All files are encrypted in transmission and
storage.
*Web Access allows you to retrieve lost or damaged files remotely with
a web browser. However, is not intended for working with your files remotely
(such as you would have with a virtual online drive or file sharing service).
+The Heal function lets you restore to a "last known good
configuration", restoring your drivers and other configuration settings. Read

Note: The most recent 10 versions of each file backed up are stored for 90
days; files deleted from your computer are also retained for 90 days. Files you
de-select from your backup set are retained for 30 days.
If you choose "My Whole PC", EZBackup selects all your files automatically but
you can still select/deselect files manually. EZBackup runs automatically based
on the schedule you set; you can always manually start a backup.
